£18-£22k plus commission £6-8k uncapped

Office Based: 09:00 - 17:30 (working from home on rotation at present)

As the New Business Development Executive for this dynamic and exciting channel distributor you will be part of a competitive team who aim to be the best in their industry at all times. Your number one objective is "To exceed sales targets and build strong sales pipeline through proactively on-boarding and managing customers, and opportunities."

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:     
  1. Exceed minimum outbound call target of  50 calls daily to customer accounts
  2. Position entire company portfolio and ensure all cross-selling opportunities are identified and investigated to drive wallet share within each account. Monitor via cross-selling matrix.
  3. Manage all named accounts and qualify whether they are a tier 1 or tier 2 reseller whilst ensuring positioning as a preferred supplier.
  4. Provide an accurate weekly Sales Forecast.
  5. Log and update all opportunities on CRM on a regular basis.
  6. Monitor your back order report ensuring customer ship dates are met, and issues are proactively identified and resolved.
  7. Proactively hunt sales opportunities, working to have 300% of sales quota as monthly pipeline.
  8. Demonstrate a clear understanding of your named accounts- who are the key contacts/ decision makers, what products do they buy, what your customer’s core business is.
  9. Proactively build a LinkedIn Network to help drive sales and promote the brand daily.        
  10. Plan calls and task the day before to ensure sales efficiency       
  11. Continual track and monitor progress of on-boarding using Excel
