As an experienced sales demand executive you will work as part of the marketing sector of this global organisation whilst being strategically aligned to Sales.

As this is a contract position experience/knowledge in the following areas are desirable:

 - Selling cloud based software solutions
 - Working with enterprise size accounts i.e. 5,000+ employees
 - Public / Government sector experience
 - Lead Generation / Appointment making experience
 - Business Development
 - Dealing with senior level directors in enterprise organisations
 - Ability to successfully build rapport with sales counterparts
 - Excellent sales pipelining ability
 - Willing and able to "hit the ground running"
 - Highly motivated, self starter and driven by results 
    
Responsibilities: 
  • Deliver qualified opportunities to Sales that have been confirmed to be an engaged decision maker with a specific business challenge that can be solved, and who has agreed to engage in a discussion with Sales
  • Work collaboratively with assigned Enterprise Account Managers to identify, prospect and nurture target accounts and pass “sales-ready” opportunities to Sales; Support approximately 7-8 Sales reps/150+ Mapped Accounts
  • Use a multi-touch nurture approach including a combination of phone outreach, email, and LinkedIn to contact customer and prospect accounts. (Executive Level Conversations)
  • Make recommendations and provide feedback to the Global Marketing team to assist in enhancing processes around lead quality, lead scoring, and campaign performance
  • Build relationships within key accounts to build additional sales pipeline resulting in increased revenue to the company; Team with Sales to support our Enterprise & Corporate customers (>5,000 employees)
  • Utilise consultative salesperson tools and techniques to develop individualised strategies in building relationships and qualifying current business landscape within assigned accounts prior to passing qualified engagements to the Enterprise Sales team.
  • Daily research of target accounts to identify and map key decision makers and influencers and uncover key information such as current environment, business challenges, competitive landscape, etc.
  • Follow up on all Enterprise and Corporate account leads from Marketing programs and campaigns that meet or exceed the scoring criteria
  • Identify opportunities to re-engage stalled, early stage, and discontinued opportunities as needed; Work with Account Reps to identify prime up-sell or cross-sell opportunities within current customer base
  • Ongoing meetings with Account reps to allow for feedback and discussion around opportunity quality and key areas of focus
  • Drive attendance to and staff key in-person events in collaboration with Sales; Follow-up post-event with select attendees to qualify new, and help accelerate existing opportunities
  • Quarterly travel to Sales meetings and training as needed
