Are you a forward thinking, experienced business development manager who has demonstrable experience in generating and converting new business within the first few weeks of being in a business?

Working as part of a small, supportive and fast paced team you will be comfortable and confident with "hitting the ground running" whilst developing a pipeline of prospective clients.

As a confident relationship builder at c-suite level and with a hunter mentality this will be a great opportunity for you to build a client base to nurture and develop over time reinforced up by an excellent service delivery and back office team to ensure that you deliver what is promised.
This organisation is an IT and network services company that pride themselves on providing multiple verticals in technical resource and support solutions to help improve technical infrastructures across various industry's.

As the business development manager for this small company you will enjoy wearing multiple hats and know how to prioritise, having an organised and professional mindset.

Must haves:
  • Minimum of 4 years new business sales experience
  • Proven and demonstrable track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work on your own but within set processes and as part of a team
  • Excellent and Confident communicator
  • Positive and proactive thinker
  • Based in and around the Berkshire, Hampshire , Oxfordshire area (within 25 miles to Aldermaston)
  • Ability to drive and have your own transport
  • Ability to learn quickly with strong commercial acumen
  • Well organised (this will be required for updates to Sales Mgr.)
Nice to have
  • From IT or networking services background
  • Have a track record of working at organisations longer than 12 months
