Pay rate: £19,000 - £19000

Overview of Role: £19,000 with benefits

8.30-5 with an hour for lunch
22 days holiday plus bank holidays

As part of a small team be collectively responsible for the smooth running of the reception area to include the administration tasks as listed in the specific duties detailed below:
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet of clients and associated tasks
  • Client/internal refreshments as required
  • Answer phone and redirect calls internally and to other offices
  • Daily post to include scanning and distribution internally and to other offices
  • Redirection of mail for clients using the Registered Office service
  • Receipt of deliveries
  • Internal mail deliveries, receipt and record keeping between offices
  • Checking and ordering of office supplies and stationery
  • Admin of client records and associated record keeping
  • Database admin as required
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Diaries/daily movement administration
  • Liaise with suppliers and providers in respect of facilities maintenance for the building
  • Weekly fire alarm
  • Key and entry fob register
  • Parking and record keeping of staff cars
  • Office contracts, filing, renewals as required
  • Ordering of headed paper, business cards
  • Petty cash admin for sundry purchases
  • H&S admin
  • General housekeeping tasks as required
  • Professional Course booking and co-ordination
Requirement and experience
An organised individual and with recent relevant experience in a similar role.  Friendly and approachable and a good team player.  Proactive individual who is able to switch from one activity to another and who enjoys client contact, both on the phone and face to face.  Experience in a variety of office work with an understanding of the importance of client confidentiality.  High level of attention to detail required.  Experienced in Word and Excel.
