Purpose of the Role
The goal is to ensure the HR Department’s operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation. Ideally based in Ludinghausen Germany but will consider UK.

Key Activities
 
Being the responsible HR contact and delivering support to the Head of Global HR and the wider business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function
  • Lead and assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, especially in Germany and general HR office duties.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development for new hires.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of HR policies, such as measures for employee retention
  • Undertake tasks in performance management
  • Mix of strategic and operational tasks
  • Employee experience program
Technical skills required
  • Advance Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Software (HRIS)
  • Experience of using reporting tools for the extraction and manipulation of Data
  • Experience of handling sensitive data
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Typical Education and Work Experience required
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • Proven work experience in a HR role
  • Knowledge of legislation/contract arrangements
  • Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to design clear and fair company policies
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Qualified or Part Qualified in Human Resources Management preferred
