Location: Newbury (office based)
Salary: £23-25k per annum
Full time, Permanent, Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week

As the Purchasing and Marketing Administrator for this busy, fast paced Creative agency you will enjoy a varied role. You will report to the Finance Director but also support the wider business with administrative responsibilities and tasks to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to their wide ranging client base.

This role has been created due to a vast increase in workload and the need for "another pair of hands on deck". Working as part of a small business you will be ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to a wide range of tasks and functions.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
  • Supporting the Head of Promotional Goods with ordering, procurement and supply of promotional materials for clients.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative cover and support to other business functions such as Sales and Creative teams as well as to senior management.
  • Tracking and monitoring job and project status and following up with the appropriate member of the team to keep processes running efficiently and the agreed SLA's.
  • Producing and issuing invoices for work based on agree pro-forma invoices.
  • Answering inbound calls from customers and suppliers and dealing with visitors.
This role will evolve over time with the right person. The team are fun, sociable and extremely hard working. Being a small team the work ethic, personality and attitude of this person is crucial to the business to ensure consistency, continuity of service and to guarantee their continued success.
