Temporary Contract
£10.00 per hour
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (30 min lunch)

As the outbound customer service administrator for this company you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for this friendly environmental services company in Newbury.

This organisation are extremely busy due to high demand promoted by the governments "green" grants. They are providing installations of energy saving solutions for homes ranging from solar panels to electric vehicle charging points.

You will be involved post sales to book, amend and reschedule installation appointments with customers. It will be fast paced and busy so you need to be confident and happy to be on the phone for most of the day.

Skills Required:
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • IT savvy (accurate information needs to be added to the bespoke database)
  • Accurate
  • Happy to work at a fast pace
  • Not scared to ask questions if unsure of how to do something
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to multi task
This is a friendly family run business and there is a possibility that this temporary contract could extend for some time depending on demand and workload. You should be comfortable with working in an office environment where appropriate covid safe measures have been implemented.
