Regional Facilities Manager
Reading (With travel)
£60,000 – £65,000 per annum
Our client currently have an excellent opportunity for a UK&I Facilities Manager for an extensive and diverse portfolio across UK and Ireland. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery team, delivering key initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting.
The successful candidate will be fully responsible for all operational services across UK&I to directly support the client Regional Manager. This opportunity would be ideally suited to an experienced Regional Facilities Manager. 
What this job involves:

  • Manage the vision and strategy of the account plans and ensure the client receives exceptional delivery
  • Understand the client’s key business drivers, and focus the team to ensure those priorities are aligned
  • Ensure the account team and supply chain is high performing and delivery is driven by global platforms and consistency

Client/Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationship with key Client stakeholders  
  • Have full oversight of all aspects of the UK&I operation.
  • Serves as single point of contact for service delivery
  • Accountable for the service delivery to meet contractual obligations
  • Develop and implement business plans which meets the Client’s outsourcing objectives for the account

Finance Management / Cost Control / Profitability

  • Assist the Client with the development of the property budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable
  • Be responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets for the account; revenue, expenses and debtor’s targets
  • Meet the agreed growth targets for the account

Functional Responsibilities

  • Responsible for direct management of all resources involved in the delivery of services.
  • In conjunction with the regional client representative, implement global standard operating procedures and processes for the account 
  • Develop, implement and manage all regional initiatives and programs for the account

 Contract Management

  • Ensure adherence to the contract
  • Responsible for the achievement of Account Key Performance
  • Indicators (KPI’s), service levels and other measures as contracted
  • Manage the governance process for the account
  • Ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with all operating procedures, statuary requirements, and within the Health and safety guidelines.

Project management

  • Drive the management and co-ordination of small projects across the portfolio of properties
  • Engage additional project management support for Larger project activities providing liaison to the client and project management teams.

  • Previous Regional FM Operations experience is essential
  • A high calibre Individual with a proven track-record of delivery on regional corporate facilities portfolios with the operational and financial skills required to effectively manage contracts.
  • A good communicator with excellent management skills who is well organised, commercially astute and motivated.
  • Diligent and resourceful with an aptitude for attention to detail, set high expectations of quality and demonstrate an abundance of organisational and managerial ability.
