PROJECT MANAGER Location: Theale, West Berkshire Salary: Negotiable We are working with our client to fill this exciting role as a Project Manager covering a broad range of projects from conception to completion. This exciting role covers a broad range of projects including IT and new customer implementations. You will work autonomously to support all project activities so experience in project management is a must.   As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Taking ownership for all assigned projects. Develop and maintain project management documents, including but not limited to: project charters, plans, action/decision logs, risk registers etc. Preparing update reports for regular briefings. Managing complex multidiscipline projects that cross business lines e.g. IT, Business Development, Operations and Compliance. Build and maintain a positive working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and at various levels. Organise and facilitate workshops. Adopt continuous improvement methodologies. The successful Project Manager will have the following related skills / experience: Project management experience – tracking of plans, flash reports, MS Projects, RAID etc. IT Literacy – good knowledge and abilities of MS Office and MS Project. Highly organised with excellent time management. Experience in the healthcare industry desired but not essential. This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to develop a career in sales as full training, coaching and mentoring is provided and sales experience is not needed for this position. You will be making cold calls, fact finding and establishing decision maker information with a view to winning new clients and identifying sales opportunities. This is an electronics distributor but technology / electronics experience is not needed.
