SITE ADMINISTRATOR Our clients are seeking an experienced administrator to provide administrative support for their operations department based in Peterborough City Hospital. Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire – Please Note: This role is site based. Salary: Negotiable Hours: 37.5 Hour Week As the Site Administrator, you will be responsible for: Provide support to onsite team Day to day office management Organising meetings to include production of agendas and minutes Data entry into various computer applications Assist with Training administration Carry out general administration of departmental policies and work procedures Purchase order coordination Administration of orders Data input for contract administration Planning and prioritising own workload The successful Site Administrator will have the following related skills / experience: Excellent Customer relationship skills Excellent Communication skills Computer literate, including MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word Strong organisational skills Ability to manage substantial workloads Benefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, Death in Service scheme (4x salary), Private Medical, Electric Car Scheme, Pension, Perkbox – discounts/offers with various popular brands, Cycle to work scheme.
