Responsible for a specific business unit’s profitability, team and overall success through leading and motivating a dedicated recruitment team driving sales, retention and customer service processes. You will provide thorough and detailed planning for the business unit supporting the overall business plan and reinforcing the company values. You will also be a trusted advisor to the Managing Director with an expectation to provide insight and ideas to further develop the company’s profit and business sectors.
Responsible for developing and retaining your own client base as well as seeking and nurturing new client opportunities in your specific business unit. You will be accountable for a teams performance (depending on the business unit) and the coaching and training of both Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants to ensure targets are being exceeded and the overall business plan and company values are being followed. (Number of people in a team and the overall target allocated to the team determines the seniority of the role).

Ensuring all opportunities are maximised and that the full 360 recruitment cycle is managed efficiently and effectively. Follow company procedures, processes and comply with company values and adhere to overall business plans. (Size of clients and consistency of spend as well as target levels determine seniority of role).

Supporting the recruitment consultants in a specific business unit with proactive resourcing, prospecting, administration and job advertising. You will be qualifying candidates and ensuring that excellent customer service is achieved at all times following candidate process flows and adhering to the overall company values and business plan.
